Mixture for the preparation of homemade hot chocolate drink. Shaved /not powder/, just dissolve it and enjoy it.
Instructions: The chocolate is dissolved in the water bath with occasional mixing, the temperature must not exceed 48°C, NO BOILING! After dissolving add cold or hot water according to your taste and mix well. The prepared drink is intended for immediate consumption, but can be stored in the refrigerator for a maximum of 48 hours.
For 100g of chocolate, it is recommended to add 50-75 ml of water according to the desired beverage density.
